The Lilliput Caravan Club of New Zealand
The Lilliput Caravan Club of New Zealand is a national organisation dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of the iconic Lilliput Caravans which were manufactured in Auckland from the early sixties through to the late seventies. Ownership of a Lilliput is a prerequisite to full membership.
With members spread from Kerikeri in the North to Otago in the South and two members in Australia, the Club is a diverse group focusing on fun, fellowship and support for Lilliput Caravan owners. Many Lilliput Caravan Club members are retired people, with a good mix of young families and a range of people in between.
A National Rally (and Club AGM) is held annually in February usually in a central North Island location. Local rallies are held more frequently with Rally Convenors organising rallies within their local area.
Rally Conveners endeavour to draw up a programme which takes members to an assortment of camps through the year, getting a balance between seeing new places yet giving opportunity to return to old favourites. See the Events Calendar for Rally dates.
